After I showed my parents my personal statement all about my love for the Pittsburgh Penguins...

• Dad: This was awesome. I loved reading it and it brought a tear to my eye.
• Mom: You guys are crazy. Am I really a blood relative?
• Dad: You are a blood relative of Andi’s, but you have no Canadian blood in you.
• Not everyone does. You know our motto… "the few, the proud, the hockey-loving Canadians”
• Mom: Why did you brainwash my children?
• Dad: I did no such thing. I took her to one hockey game. The rest was the power of genetics.
